Costco Wholesale (COST) and Lumicera Health Services formed a partnership to expand cost-plus specialty pharmacy in the marketplace and offer specialty medications with patient support, pricing transparency and clinical expertise, the companies said Thursday.

The move will enable commercial employer benefit plan sponsors and pharmacy benefit managers that partner with Costco Pharmacy for cost-plus pharmacy to access the medication therapies at an auditable cost, according to the announcement.
