Kerry Logistics Network has changed its name to KLN Logistics Group Limited (HKG:0636) following shareholder and regulatory approvals, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Subsequently, the firm's English stock short name will be changed to "KLN" effective April 29 from "KERRY LOG NET" previously.

The logistics company has also adopted a new memorandum and amended and restated certain bye-laws effective March 28.
