ESCO Technologies (ESE) said Monday it closed the acquisition of Signature Management & Power from Ultra Maritime for $550 million in cash.

SM&P, a provider of power management systems for the US and UK naval defense markets, will become part of ESCO's Aerospace & Defense (A&D) segment, the company said.
