Most major automakers' latest weekly orders have been hurt since the latest Xiaomi car accident resulted in government restrictions on the promotion of smart driving functions, they say. While automakers were initially trying to compete in terms of smart driving upgrades this year, BYD needs to consider focusing on pricing strategies again, they add. While the company continues to push smart driving functions, BYD and all other automakers will likely increase promotion of safety education to gain customers' trust, they say.
