National Australia Bank's (ASX:NAB) Chadstone branch will be its 31st branch in Australia that remains open on a Saturday, the bank said in an April 25 statement.

"We've had fantastic feedback already, and we're looking to add more branches in high foot traffic locations to our Saturday program," said Belinda Mamet, personal bank executive at NAB.

The bank has invested AU$38 million in renovating and upgrading its branches across the country during the past 12 months, according to the statement.
