Merit Medical Systems (MMSI) reported Q1 non-GAAP earnings Thursday of $0.86 per diluted share, up from $0.75 a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $355.4 million, up from $323.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $352.5 million.

The company said it expects fiscal 2025 non-GAAP EPS between $3.29 and $3.42 and net sales between $1.47 billion and $1.49 billion.

The previous guidance was non-GAAP EPS between $3.58 and $3.70 and net sales between $1.47 billion and $1.49 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $3.65 and $1.48 billion.

The company's shares were falling past 9% in recent after-hours activity.
