Four Corners Property Trust (FCPT) said late Thursday it acquired a Caribou Coffee property in Wisconsin for $1.4 million.

The property is under a long-term, triple-net lease with about eight years of term remaining.

The company said the deal was priced at a 7.1% cap rate on rent as of the closing date and exclusive of transaction costs.
