Federated Hermes (FHI) reported Q1 earnings late Thursday of $1.25 per diluted share, up from $0.89 per share a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.91.
Total revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $423.5 million, up from $396.4 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $420.9 million.
The company said its board raised the quarterly dividend 9.7% to $0.34 per share, payable on May 15 to shareholders of record on May 8.
Shares of Federated Hermes were up more than 4% in recent after-hours activity.
