LONDON, April 30 (Reuters) - The London Metal Exchange $(LME.AU)$ on Wednesday published proposals designed to boost liquidity, including imposing thresholds for block trades.
The exchange, the world's oldest and largest market for industrial metals, said it had opened a consultation on the proposals which will last until June 13.
