Frasers Centrepoint Trust (SGX:J69U) booked a higher distribution per unit or DPU of SG$0.06054 for the fiscal first half ended March 31, from SG$0.06022 a year earlier, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Distribution to unitholders was up 4.9% to SG$110.1 million from SG$104.9 million a year earlier.

Net property income rose 7.3% year on year to SG$133.7 million from SG$124.6 million. Gross revenue was up 7.1% on year to SG$184.4 million from SG$172.2 million, mainly due to higher rental income and new leases.

The trust reported committed occupancy of 99.5% and rental reversions of 9.0%.
