The Federal Court of Australia approved the proposed scheme of arrangement under which SelfWealth (ASX:SWF) will be acquired by Svava, the holding company of the Syfe Group, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
A copy of the court orders is expected to be lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on Tuesday, making the scheme effective. Selfwealth shares will be suspended from trading at market close on the same day, the filing stated.
