Mito Securities (TYO:8622) plans to repurchase up to 2 million of its common shares, or 3.19% of its outstanding stock, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The total acquisition amount is set at a maximum of 1.2 billion yen, with the repurchase period running from April 30 to Sept. 22. Shares will be purchased on the stock exchange via a trust bank.
