Otsuka Holdings (TYO:4578) corrected an earlier disclosure regarding a joint venture between its unit Otsuka Pharmaceutical Factory, and ICU Medical, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The company said the original filing on Nov. 13, 2024, misstated ICU Medical's capital as $2.04 billion. The correct figure is $2.45 million.
