Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 rose to $1.17 billion from $1.01 billion a year earlier.

For 2025, the company raised EPS guidance to $6.22 to $6.38 from $6.16 to $6.34 and revenue outlook to between $4.89 billion and $4.94 billion from $4.83 billion and $4.91 billion.
The consensus is for EPS of $6.25 and revenue of $4.87 billion.
Shares of Ensign Group were up 2% in after-hours activity.
