Aspen Insurance said Tuesday it has launched its initial public offering of 11 million Class A shares to be priced at between $29.00 and $31.00 each.
The company said all the shares will come from entities managed by Apollo Global Management (APO). The shares will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the AHL ticker.
The underwriters, including Goldman Sachs, Citigroup and Jefferies, have a 30-day option to buy up to 1.65 million more shares from the selling stockholders, Aspen added.
