Tianqi Lithium (HKG:9696, SHE:002466) returned to an attributable profit of 104.3 million yuan in the first quarter from an attributable loss of 3.90 billion yuan in the year-ago period, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The lithium miner turned around to earnings per share of 0.06 yuan from a loss per share of 2.38 yuan in the year-ago period.
Operating income stayed flat at 2.58 billion yuan compared with the prior-year period.
