Datang Environment Industry Group (HKG:1272) branch company, Datang Environment Pingluo, plans to dispose of all assets under the concession project related to desulfurization and denitrification operations with Pingluo Power Plant.
The disposal, with a minimum consideration value of 167.7 million yuan, will be conducted through a public tender on the China Beijing Equity Exchange, as the assets are state-owned.
The company decided to proceed with the disposal due to unfavorable conditions for the continued operation of the concession project, according to its bourse filing on Monday.
