OUE REIT (SGX:TS0U) issued 6,8661,047 units to its manager at an issue price of SG$0.2830 per unit, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The units were issued as part of a trust deed as payment for 50% of the base fee defined for the period from Jan. 1 till March 31.
