Amaero International (ASX:3DA) signed a five-year supply agreement with US-based metal additive manufacturing technology company Velo3D worth AU$35 million, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Under the deal, the company will exclusively supply Velo3D with niobium C103 and other refractory alloy powders, while being preferred for titanium alloy powders, the filing said.

The company has the option to terminate the agreement if the qualification of C103 and titanium alloy powders is not achieved by Nov. 30, per the filing.

Shares rose nearly 6% in morning trade Tuesday.
