Beach Energy (ASX:BPT) produced 4.9 million barrels of oil equivalent per day (MMboe) in the fiscal third quarter ended March, up from 4.5 MMboe in the year-ago period, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Sales revenue rose to AU$552 million from AU$392 million. Sales volumes reached 6.4 MMboe, down from 4.8 MMboe a year earlier.
Year-to-date, production was 15.1 MMboe.
The oil producer expects to reach the mid-range of its output guidance of 18.5 MMboe to 20.5 MMboe for the full fiscal year.
Beach Energy's shares were up 4% in recent trade.
