RPM Acquires Star Brands Group for Undisclosed sum

RPM International (RPM) said Thursday that it has completed its acquisition of Star Brands Group, the UK-based parent company of The Pink Stuff, for its Rust-Oleum unit.

The Pink Stuff, known for its popular cleaning paste, will now be part of RPM's Consumer Group under Rust-Oleum's cleaners business, the company said.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, the company added.
