Modalis Therapeutics (TYO:4883) issued 21,900 new shares as part of post-delivery restricted-stock-based remuneration, according to a Wednesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The shares were priced at 77 yen each, raising a total of 1.7 million yen.
The allotment included 6,600 shares to three directors, two of whom are outside directors, and 4,200 shares to four employees, including former staff.
Another 11,100 shares were granted to seven current and former employees of subsidiaries.
