NewGenIvf Group Ltd. $(NIVF)$, a fertility services provider in Asia, announced a reverse stock split at a 1-for-10 ratio. Starting May 5, 2025, the company's Class A Ordinary Shares will trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the same ticker symbol "NIVF" with a new CUSIP number G0544E121. This move will reduce the number of outstanding Class A Ordinary Shares from 7,302,819 to approximately 730,282. No fractional shares will be issued; instead, any fractional entitlements will be rounded up to the nearest whole share.
