Keisei refuted Palliser's claims that it had refused to conduct interviews, explaining that it had repeatedly requested specific candidate details, which Palliser only provided on April 24.
The company affirmed its commitment to constructive dialogue and plans to interview Palliser's nominees through the Nomination and Compensation Committee.
