SMIT Holdings (HKG:2239) said Manfred Loong retired from his roles of president, chief financial officer, and executive director on Wednesday, according to a same-day filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
Loong will serve as an advisor for the security devices manufacturer after retirement.
