Host Hotels & Resorts (HST) reported Q1 adjusted funds from operations late Wednesday of $0.64 per diluted share, up from $0.61 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.56.
Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $1.59 billion, up from $1.47 billion a year ago. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.55 billion.
The company now expects full-year 2025 adjusted diluted FFO of $1.88 to $1.97 per share, up from its previous outlook of $1.82 to $1.91. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.85.
Revenue is now expected to grow between 5.3% and 7.4%, compared with the prior guidance for a 5.5% to 7.4% increase.
