NEW YORK, May 01, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IFF (NYSE: IFF) today announced that it has successfully completed the previously announced divestiture of its Pharma Solutions business unit to Roquette.

"The completion of our Pharma Solutions divestiture represents a significant milestone for IFF as we delivered our targeted net debt to credit-adjusted EBITDA of below 3.0x," said Erik Fyrwald, IFF CEO.
