Tejon Ranch (TRC) stakeholder Harvey Capital said Wednesday it urged the company's shareholders to vote in favor of candidates nominated by Bulldog Investors for the board at the May 13 annual meeting.
Harvey Capital, a holder of 5,531 shares of Tejon Ranch, said it proposes a change in leadership, claiming that the company's share prices have remained stagnant for a prolonged duration under the current board.
The stakeholder believes Bulldog Investors' candidates can bring new ideas and expertise into the boardroom and potentially drive performance and shareholder value, according to a statement.
Tejon Ranch didn't immediately respond to a comment request from MT Newswires.
