BUZZ-Apple dips after US judge rules it violated order to reform App Store

** Shares of Apple AAPL.O down 1.2% to $209.95 premarket after a U.S. judge ruled iPhone maker violated an antitrust ruling related to App Store restrictions

** U.S. District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers on Weds said AAPL failed to comply with her prior injunction order, which was imposed in an antitrust lawsuit brought by “Fortnite” maker Epic Games

** "Apple’s continued attempts to interfere with competition will not be tolerated," Gonzalez Rogers said

** In a statement, Apple said "we strongly disagree with the decision. We will comply with the court’s order and we will appeal."

** Co due to report results after the bell as investors seek clarity on tariffs, AI strategy as iPhone sales decline

** Through Weds close, AAPL shares down 15% YTD
