Polestar Automotive (PSNY) is recalling 27,816 Polestar 2 cars in the US because the rearview camera image might not display when reversing, increasing the risk of accidents, the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said.

The regulator said dealers will fix the issue with a free software update.
