Mapletree Industrial Trust's (SGX:ME8U) distribution per unit or DPU declined by 1.5% in fiscal Q4 to SG$0.0336 from SG$0.0341 a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
Distribution to unit holders slipped 1.4% to SG$95.8 million from SG$97.1 million.
Net property income declined by 1.5% to SG$131.2 million from SG$133.2 million a year earlier.
Gross revenue was marginally up by 0.3% year over year to SG$177.8 million from SG$177.3 million.
