Ban Leong Technologies (SGX:B26) will appoint an independent financial adviser following a voluntary conditional cash offer made by Epicsoft Asia, a subsidiary of Nasdaq-listed GCL Global, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
Epicsoft Asia had made a voluntary conditional cash offer of SG$0.6029 per share to acquire all the shares of the company.
