Kaisa Health Group (HKG:0876) unit Shenzhen Dayizhen Technology agreed to acquire 3.4904% limited partnership interests in Zhuhai Jinyiming Equity Investment Fund Partnership, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The interest will be acquired from Shenzhen Yingdou Technology for 80 million yuan.
The manufacturer of dental prosthetics currently holds a 5.5096% limited partnership stake in the target.
