Elite UK REIT's (SGX:MXNU) distribution per unit or DPU jumped nearly 10% in the first quarter to 0.0076 pounds from 0.0069 pounds a year earlier.

Distributable income rose 10% to 4.8 million pounds from 4.4 million pounds, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Net property income rose by 24% to 10.4 million pounds from 8.3 million pounds a year earlier.

Revenue was up 0.6% year over year to 9.3 million pounds from 9.2 million pounds, mainly due to positive rental reversions across multiple assets.

Portfolio occupancy logged a 120 basis points improvement to 93.5% during the period.
