Comstock Resources to List Shares on NYSE Texas

Natural gas producer Comstock Resources will list its shares on the NYSE Texas while retaining its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange.

Shares on both exchanges will continue trading under the symbol CRK, the company said Friday.

The new fully electronic Texas exchange is the result of the NYSE reincorporating its Chicago exchange.

Other companies with listings on both exchanges include Abbott Laboratories, Allstate, U.S. Steel and Whirlpool.
