Cigna Group (CI) reported Q1 adjusted income from operations Friday of $6.74 per diluted share, up from $6.47 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $6.35 per share.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $65.50 billion, up from $57.26 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $60.20 billion.

For 2025, the US health services giant said it expects adjusted income per share from operations of at least $29.60, up $0.10 from its previous projection.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect operating EPS of $29.59.

Shares of the company were up nearly 1.5% in recent premarket activity on Friday.
