Dorian LPG Ltd. Declares Irregular Cash Dividend of $0.50 Per Share

STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 02, 2025-- 

Dorian LPG Ltd. $(LPG)$ (the "Company," "Dorian LPG," "we," "us," and "our"), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared an irregular cash dividend of $0.50 per share of the Company's common stock. The total dividends to be paid will amount to approximately $21.3 million. The irregular dividend is payable on or about May 30, 2025 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 16, 2025.
