Stoneweg European REIT (SGX:CWBU) secured approval from its unit holders for the proposed stapling, which will result in the formation of Stoneweg European Stapled Trust, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Thursday.

The trust will comprise Stoneweg European REIT and Stoneweg European Business Trust. The proposal received 99.77% of the total votes.
