Ensign Group (ENSG) said Friday that its Standard Bearer Healthcare REIT unit has acquired Marianwood Health and Rehabilitation, a 117-bed skilled nursing facility in Issaquah, Washington.

The acquisition, which includes both the operations and the property, went into effect on May 1 as part of a larger transaction involving seven other facilities purchased from Providence Home and Community Care, the company said.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
