Berkshire Hathaway $(BRK.B)$, $(BRK.A)$: The conglomerate's stock fell more than 2% premarket after Warren Buffett said he plans to step down as chief executive at year-end. He will be succeeded by Greg Abel.
Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD), Netflix $(NFLX)$, Walt Disney $(DIS)$, Paramount $(PARA)$: President Trump's plans for 100% tariffs on foreign-made films weighed on shares in major studios and entertainment companies. Warner Bros. Discovery and Netflix were among the hardest hit, each losing nearly 3%.
MicroStrategy $(MSTR)$: Shares of the bitcoin-buying software company fell more than 2% as the cryptocurrency's price dropped below $95,000.
Tyson Foods $(TSN.AU)$ is due to issue earnings before markets open. Ford Motor $(F)$ and Palantir Technologies $(PLTR)$ will report after the close.
