Net sales for the quarter ended April 4 were $558.8 million, up from $516.3 million a year earlier.

The company updated its 2025 adjusted EPS outlook range to now be between $2.95 and $3.10 from the prior outlook range of $3.10 to $3.25. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.19.
Revenue for the year is projected to be between $2.22 billion and $2.25 billion from the prior outlook of between $2.19 billion and $2.22 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2.21 billion.
Enovis shares fell 8% in premarket activity Thursday.
