Digital doctors’ booking start-up HotDoc has scheduled in a new corporate adviser ahead of a potential $200 million sale later in the year.
Street Talk can reveal boutique corporate finance firm Allier Capital has been hired by HotDoc chief executive and co-founder Ben Hurst to consider its strategic options, including a 100 per cent sale of the business.
