Uranium Energy (UEC) said Wednesday it signed a memorandum of understanding with Radiant Industries to supply US-origin uranium concentrates and build a full nuclear value chain in the country.

Under the agreement, Uranium Energy will also support the deployment of Radiant Industries' Kaleidos portable nuclear microreactors, according to a statement.

Shares were up nearly 4% in recent trading.
