Ohsho Food Service (TYO:9936) posted strong April sales growth, with total company-operated store revenue rising 16% year-over-year to 9.1 billion yen, while same-store sales increased 14%.
Customer traffic at all stores grew 3.8% with a nearly 12% boost in per-customer spending, reaching 1,286 yen.
The company reduced its total store count by two locations ,one company-operated and one franchise, to 727.
