Malaysian authorities are investigating an alleged misappropriation of project retention funds related to an affordable housing project in Seri Iskandar, Perak, by GRP's (SGX:BLU) subsidiary, RNSB.
The probe involves the former chief financial officer of RSNB, along with other key personnel, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
No charges have been made against any person or the group and the investigations are ongoing.
