Watsco (WSO) said Monday it completed the acquisition of Southern Ice Equipment Distributors without disclosing the financial details of the deal.

Southern Ice will continue to operate under its current name and be led by its existing management team to ensure business continuity for clients, workers, and OEM partners, the company said.

Watsco also said it acquired commercial supplies distributor Lashley & Associates in January and HVAC equipment distributor Hawkins HVAC Distributors in April.
