Arthur J. Gallagher (AJG) said Tuesday it acquired Aspera, a Turkey-based insurance and reinsurance brokerage firm.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Arthur J. Gallagher said Aspera's founding partner, Evrim Ozkoc, and the broking team will continue with the company, reporting to Gunduz Tezel, head of Gallagher's operations in Turkiye.
