Palantir Technologies $(PLTR)$: The data analytics firm lifting its annual forecast on by demand for its AI products, but shares slid 8% in premarket trading. The stock has quintupled over the past year.
Ford Motor $(F)$: The car maker suspended its annual guidance, saying it couldn't predict the full impact of President Trump's tariffs. It also reported a steep decline in quarterly profit. Shares fell more than 2% ahead of the opening bell.
UBS (UBS), (CH:UBSG): The Swiss bank agreed to pay $511 million to settle a lengthy U.S. tax probe into Credit Suisse, which UBS acquired in 2023.
Deliveroo (UK:ROO): San Francisco-based DoorDash $(DASH)$ struck a deal to acquire the British food-delivery company for around $3.9 billion, following an initial approach last month. Deliveroo shares gained 2% in London.
Marriott International $(MAR)$, Marathon Petroleum $(MPC)$, Constellation Energy $(CEG)$ are due to report results before markets open. Earnings from Super Micro Computer $(SMCI)$, Rivian $(RIVN)$ and Advanced Micro Devices $(AMD)$ are scheduled for after the close.
