Appian (APPN) reported Q1 non-GAAP net income Thursday of $0.13 per diluted share, swinging from a net loss of $0.09 a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $166.4 million, up from $149.8 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $163.3 million.
The company said it expects a Q2 non-GAAP net loss of $0.15 to $0.11 per share. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect a loss of $0.13.
Total revenue for the quarter is projected to be $158 million and $162 million, the company said. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $161.6 million.
Appian increased its fiscal 2025 non-GAAP net income guidance to a range of $0.18 to $0.26 per share, up from its previous guidance of $0.17 and $0.22. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.17.
Total revenue for the current year is now projected to be $680 million to $688 million. That compares with $680 million to $684 million previously. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $675.6 million.
The company's shares were up 3.6% in recent premarket activity on Thursday.
