TTEC Holdings Inc., a leading global customer experience technology and services innovator, has announced the expansion of its operations in India with the opening of a new customer experience center in Mohali, also known as Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This expansion is set to create 400 new jobs, primarily to support a major U.S.-based healthcare organization, with the potential to serve additional clients as TTEC continues its regional growth. The new hires at the Mohali center will utilize state-of-the-art AI-enabled technology, including the TTEC Perform, TTEC Let Me Know, and TTEC Clarity platforms, to deliver seamless and human-centric service experiences. This move is part of TTEC's ongoing commitment to investing in India's talent and infrastructure, building on its significant presence in the country with facilities in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Chennai, employing approximately 3,500 people across these locations.
